As title says, I came across this android app called BEST BIKING ROUTES, which lets you search for routes by a particular area, or you can click "near me" then your device will locate you and give you various ride out routes.
Each ride route includes ratings for various aspects of the route, plus there's two indicators at the bottom that show, through yellow to red I presume, the "hazards" and the "police" presence expected along the given route. Some of the local routes I had a quick look over even had comments from other riders who have travelled that route. Not sure if its available on iTunes but I can't see why it shouldn't be. Only came across it yesterday and first impressions are that it may be something I shall be keeping on my phone.
