billion 7300 wireless router setup

Does anyone know how to configure one of these properly? the manual is brief to say the least and i want to be sure that wireless is protected aswell but networking isnt a strong point of mine

The 7300G ? The PDF manual is a good half inch thick printed and to be fair it's if anything overly detailed. The quick install guide it ships with is brief but it's intended to get you up and running.
