Billion BiPAC 7800n ADSL2 Router

Is there anybody out there using the Billion BiPAC 7800n ADSL2 Router?
If it is as good as the User Manual (http://www.billion.com/_Internet/usermanual/UM-bipac7800n.pdf) it could be a nice piece of kit.
It has the Broadcom chip which is good for O2/Be users.
... Just looking for something to replace my Netgear 834 ...

Any thoughts or views appreciated.

Yes been using one now for a month or so and has been rock solid since day one. Unlike the O2 box it replaced, lol.

Not the nicest looking peice of kit, but it does do the job.

If you do get one make sure you update the firmware to 1.02e if its not already.

There have been two more updates (1.02f and 1.02g, but they arn't on the billion support page yet. The latest of which can be found here. With the release notes for it found here.

OK Earlstreetblue, thanks for the reply... Good to hear that yours is working well.
I am still sitting on the wall with this one as some of the reviews that I have read talk of complete failures after 5 hours of use, and having to chase up the suppliers because there was no power supply in the box....
