Can anyone remember the joke Billy Connolly came out with, basically ripping NCP attendants. He walked with a limp and said "nah, ye cannny ******* park that there"?

Ridiculous I know but I'd really like to find it, bit of a running joke between me and my other half. I thought it was Live in Ireland but I can't for the life of me find it on youtube and my DVDs are all boxed up and stored away.
