Binned 4790k

Am I imagining this or not? I can't remember if OCUK used to offer them?

If so when did you stop selling them. I've been trying to source one for the last week or so and the only place I can find them is silicon lottery.

I cant remember them selling binned 4790k's, but they did sell binned 4770k's in pre clocked bundles.

maybe in some of the clearance stuff! I have seen some binned CPUs in clearance.

im still tempted to get a 4790k for myself. this would have been good if they did do a binned one.

I emailed silicon lottery last night, they said there demand for 4790k is small so they are phasing them out.

Have a look in clearance, the 4770k's they did sell ran at a minimum of 4.6ghz, though many easily hit 5ghz on reasonable voltage. I've only seen two 4790k's on here reach that speed on voltage you could use 24/7.
