Binning CPU's

Hey 8 Pack (or anyone else!),

I've got access to several 4770k's at the moment and was wondering if there was a "quick" way to get an idea of the chips potential performance. I've seen some people mention a certain method but wanted to check with you if it was more a case of properly testing for stability over a long run.

Thankyou sir, got one a million times better than the first! 4.8 at 1.35, not the best but far from the worst.

Just to check, assuming this will be delidded under water - safe max 24/7 vcore? Have no doubts this one could do 5ghz at 1.45v ish.

Yikes, okay thanks guys. Still have a few more chips yet, maybe I'll get luckier. This one will boot 5ghz at 1.35 but crash into windows, it's vastly better than my first one at any rate which wasn't stable at 4.6 < 1.4..

Jealous of your 5ghz 1.35v stable , I won the lottery on gpus so can't complain.
