Biochemistry and Biomedical science?

After getting 3 D's and 1 E at AS I need to start thinking about courses to apply to soon.

Whats the difference between Biochemistry and Biomedical science and what sort of jobs would both of them give me once I finish.

I wish I did better, and what is even worse is that I don't know where I went wrong, I went to after school and lunchtime revision sessions and did extra study and loads of exam practice.
