Everything else saves except when I change the CPU voltage which needs increasing to overlock past 450HZ. Anyone know how to fix it?

Great now nothing will save, can't even overclock at all

It's stable at 430Mhz but at 435Mhz I get BSOD in Prime95. I need to increase the CPU voltage to make it stable but it won't change. It stays at 1.24.
