BIOS error?

the voltages Im changing in the BIOS are not the voltages being set
e.g 1.3v=1.26v. Is there something wrong or is there a setting that keeps changing it?

Not sure mate, but I think that it will only take what it needs at that time, so if your set to 1.3 and is using 1.26v then I'd say it dosent need to use the 1.3v but if your running more applications then it will start to use the 1.3v.

I do know one thing for sure, never go by what it tells you in the bios
