Bios Fail!

Can someone help me get the pc booted back up plz

I have a GA-Z87X-UD5H board! updated the bios to F9 From here http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4483#bios

But now it won't boot into windows.. I have reset the cmos, it then give me option to enter the bios, but then it goes to no screen display.

What options do I have?

You should have a secondary BIOS - boot to that one!

How do I set that up? never had to mess with something like that.
Manual has switches saying bios, tried both on 1 and 2 but still same problem.

you can recover the main bios by booting from backup bios then while in windows or bios flick the switch to main bios and flash the bios as you normally would
