Bios flash help

Hi guys ive never flashed a bios before and all bios flashing videos im seeing are with people already have the system running before. Im about to build new pc with my 3070 and r5 5600x and im gonna be using the msi gaming pro carbon x570. I understand how to get the usb ready clean usb place files in there make sure format is fat32 of the usb. My issue is when i build the pc is it okay for me to fully build the pc and have cpu in, do i boot the pc with the usb and press bios flash on the back of the motherboard its booting or do i boot it enter bios and do something from there.

yeah its brand new is there a way i can see if its 5000 series ready before i flash it

and its a x570 so even more chance i assume to be 5000 series ready
