bios flash

please apologise for my n00bishness here, but:

I am trying to flash the bios of my BFG 680i. I'm assuming i have to create a bootdisk and THEN copy the files from the bios update download accross, ie, i can't just boot to those files.

If this is the case, i have forgotton which files i need to do this, anyone out there lend me a hand

pfft, format -> create msdos startup disk

Some BIOS flash you just need the file and do it from the post screen.
