Bios GUI for new boards - point & click

What's with all the new boards having UEFI?

I have an Asus Z97 Pro Gamer and would like to know if you can change this back to 'classic' BIOS, as I would call it.

I am pretty sure you can't. Play around with it to get used to it and you will see it's far better.

There should be option buried somewhere that lets you switch to a 'Classic' bios layout.Dont all the vendors offer this option still?

i know Gigabyte boards do

There's nothing in my Asus Z87 Hero VI or the wifes Gigabyte B85M-D3H to change back to the old style.

No classic mode on the Z87 formula either. And having seen bios shots from asus Z97 ROG boards, the UEFI bios layout is a bit different than the older boards such as mine.

I don't think there is an option on my Z97 MSI board either.

Very odd,maybe just the Giga sniper boards then?

Hit F2 in my bios and switches between the Uefi and a 'classic' style bios.

I always assumed it was standard for any mid-high end motherboard(z87/97)
