bios help

Hi I,m in the process of overclocking ,and i,m new to it all , what i want to know is how can i find out in the bios if i,ve overclocked my CPU from 2.40 to 3ghz ?

The changes you make don't take effect until you save and exit bios.

Yeah i know that ,what i mean is when you go back into the bios can you see where the change is taken place ?
