Basically my bios keeps changing the clock + date to 31st December 2002, 11o'clock. No matter how many times I change it back, either in windows or in the bios itself and save the changes it just goes back to 2002 all the time, no idea whats wrong with it?

Quite old, MSI motherboard, has a PCI-EXPRESS slot though, think the model was 7051 or something.
Clear the CMOS jumper in clear position?
No idea to know if it's exhausted, everything else is working fine computer wise, just that one thing, and of course when I turn the computer on it powers up for like 2 seconds then powers down then about 10 seconds later it powers up again. Other than that, no other issues?
