BIOS - Load Optimized Defaults - Advised?

I am new to the home-build PC community, and have just built this rig (my first):

Intel Core i5-2500K & Asus P8P67 Intel P67 Motherboard Bundle
Asus GeForce GTX 480 1536MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card with Far Cry 2
XFX Pro 650W Core Edition Power Supply
Zalman Z9 Plus Tower Case With Fan Cooler
Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB SATA-II 32MB Cache
OcUK 24x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black)
OCZ Special OPS 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

But, I am unsure of what BIOS settings I should have. I have selected the 'Load Optimized Defaults' option as I thought it would set everything correctly automatically.

However, I have been looking through it and one thing I caught was that on 'Advanced Mode' - 'Ai Tweaker' the 'Target DRAM Speed' is 1333MHz.

Now I may be completely wrong here, but shouldn't that be set at 1600MHz for the RAM I have?

And if so, what other settings may not be set correctly?

The defaults just puts all items to there minimum default level, you will need to manually adjust the ram speed & timings or have a look for the XMP settings which may auto detect them for you.

CPU Vcore should be set correctly by the board.
