Bios moding

I have an asus P5v-x and it won't allow me to put the voltage any higher than 2.5V on the cpu so i can't really overclock. Ive been told i can modify the existing bios to allow me but i don't know how,

It's pretty specialized stuff. Yes, it is possible, but there are very, very peopel who would be able to advise you how to do it. There are several German forums where they do BIOS mods, have a hunt around on Hard[OCP] and you'll probably get linked in. Aber Sie sind auf Deutsch, so hoffentlich, Deinen Deutsch ist gut genug.

Thanks for the info i will take a look arround, probably would have helped if i had known german
