A while back I could overclock my system to 4.4ghz but now for some reason whatever I do it will not go above 4ghz, I think its a software issue probably something has changed in Windows 10 since I last played around with this this in the spring of 2018.
The Bios will show multiplier set at 41, 42 or 43 but once booted into windows I'm stuck with a multi of 40
Any help appreciated
