bios on fast boot, how to get back into bios ?

DELETE isnt working now as it skips straight to windows

How do i get back into the bios now?

I normally press DEL, but ive tried doing to fast as soon as i click "reset" to no avail

that app from msi is just perfect, so simple, and works a treat, can swap between fast boot and slow boot speeds so easily now
