Bios password???

Anyway around one of these or can you not get into it if you dont have the password??

Pull the battery out of the motherboard.

Yeah! same as taking it out sends it back to the original bios the board came with (along with the default settings) saved me a few times being a spoon with computers!

(only good advise if your doing somethign thats legal though.... otherwise weer having nothing to do with this..... probably)

No no its all legal lol
Just got a new well old machine from work and its got the bios locked and it wont boot so im wanting to have a play around with it.
Its not strictly a pc but pretty much one

As said just take the battery out for a couple of seconds and put it back in that will sort it, well it works when ever I have had people come to me with the same problem they forget there passwords after fiddling with bios settings.
I will not touch a PC until I see proof of ownership.

Bloody battery is soldered in so thats that option out of the window
