Hi guys,
I've just put together a low powered pc using the Gigabyte GA-GC230D motherboard which uses the 1.6ghz Atom Processor. Just for now I'm using a BFG 800W (yeah I know way overkill!) which I had lying around to provide the power for it. I'll be getting a smaller PSU later on.
When checking the PC health part of the BIOS, the 12v reading fluctuates between 12.7-12.8v which I presume is the 4pin ATX connector. Is this 'safe' and within limits? It seems a little high to me ... ?
Apologies if this is a bit of a noddy post - just looking for some peace of mind that I'm not overvolting or potentially wrecking this little mobo ...
Thanks for any replies.
