Hey,

I want to know if BIOS problem will affect my PC to startup? It had a couple of startup problem, as in, PC refuses to turn on, starts up for 5s and turns off. And when it loads the BIOS screen, it freezes...

My question is can it be fixed w/o sending it back?

I seriously wouldn't attempt to flash a bios on a pc that's likely to switch itself off halfway through the process.

Issues with the PC booting can sometimes be caused by a poor PSU. When you turn it on there's a lot of power drawn from the PSU, and if it's not up to scratch it can crap out.

Might be a good idea to find out what PSU you have, so that can be eliminated from the probably causes.

I have cleared and flash CMOS 3 times over, still the same, the PSU is a brand new Hiper 580W.

Well, the Hiper certainly has the wattage to power it. Perhaps email the support of the motherboard? It may be a known issue.

Does it freeze on the Memory test bit of the POST screen by any chance?

Well it doesnt freeze that often tho, its more like a random kinda thing.

If I shutdown my PC, try to turn it back on, it powers up for 3-4s and then it off itself again.

Then when I managed to get it to boot up, it freezes at BIOS.
