Just upgraded to MSI P67A-G45 i5 2500k 8GB Ram & Noctua NH-C14 Cooler, In the bios I am getting temps of around 43C where as Core Temp & Realtemp both show around 33C idle, Currently clocked at 4Ghz.

Also my mouse is inverted in the bios, which is strange.

The CPU works harder in the BIOS than it does idling in the OS - so that will account for the differeing in temps. Mine reads a good 15 degrees warmer in the BIOS too compared to Core temp.

As for the inverted mouse there's possibly a setting within the BIOS (i'll look later on mine) - if not it could just be an anomoly. But if it doesn't seem to effect the OS environment i wouldn't worry about it.
