Bios reset.

Could anyone tell me how to reset/reflash my second bios plz. When ever i crash cause of failed settings or something, my bios switches to the backup bios which doesnt load, i then have to manually switch bios again to get it to post.

Specs in sig, cheers.

boot with the working bios,then go into the bios pages,then manually flick the switch while powered on and in the bios (so your on the non working bios position) then flash through qflash
