Could somebody help me out with some BIOS settings for my EVGA 680i motherboard please. Any suggestions are welcome , I just want to get the most from my set up with it remaining stable at the same time. I know this setup needs a tweek but I don't know where or how to start 
So i came to the experts 
I am using a Zalman 9500 cooler with all parts fitted within a Antec P160 case. Parts are;
X6800 CPU
BFG 8800GTX
2 GB of Crucial DDR2 PC2-5300c3 667 mhz 10th aniversary dual memory
Corsair HX 620W modular psu
