Motherboard MSI P67A-GD53 with a 2500K.

Does anyone know the difference between the bios settings Overspeed Protection and the High/Low Power Limits set in watts?

Internet describes Overspeed Protection as limiting the CPU to 130W, but then what's the point of the low and high Power limits which we can set? I thought they were for limiting power usage?

At the moment I have Overspeed Protection enabled and the Power limits raised in order to overclock. Seems to do the trick.

I'm confused! Can anyone help. :)
