yes I have turned off TM2, so does that mean my temps are ok then?

I think they're fine. You're hardly overvolting the CPU and depending on what fan control you have enabled/disabled under System Health you may not be running the CPU fan at 100%.

That's fine, but it will be turning the CPU fan up only when it runs above 45C, so I'm even more comfortable with the temperatures now.
