Hi
I've been trying to get my 4GB RAM to function properly because games seem to be loading a lot slower than they used to with 2GB RAM. I am now running 32bit Vista.
This is from another thread:
Hi, I just bought 2x 'OCZ 2GB Kit (2x1GB) 240Pin PC2-6400 800MHz Dual Channel GX XTC Gold' (http://www.********.co.uk/********/specpage.html?OCZ-G642GX). Vista is now showing that I have 4GB of RAM installed but games are loading MUCH slower than they were before on 2GB RAM.
I was recently having problems with booting etc so a friend of mine changed some setting sin the bios to make it work. He said that most things were set to auto.
I have a Foxconn P965AA Motherboard
This is what CPU-Z shows if that helps at all:
Previous RAM was : 2x Rendition 1024MB PC5400 DDR2 667MHz Memory
---
I need to know what i should change to suit my new RAM in bios settings.
This is what is set currently:
