Bios settings help

I have this mobo Gigabyte 965P-S3, it has all kinds of settings in the cpu section like

CPU Enhanced Halt (CIE) - Enabled
CPU Thermal Monitor 2(TM") - Enabled
CPU EIST Dunction - Enabled

Now i have a conroe 6300, ddr 800 memory the geil stuff just want to know if i should have this stuff on or off, ive got the conroe at 2.8 gig atm should i have these on or off.

Most ppl who overclock have all of those turned off inbios.

Does your motherboard see the DDR800 memory at the correct speed ? or did you set it yourself ?

if you set it yourself what type is it and what settings did you change ?
