Bios setup help please

I've just built a new PC but need help optimising my bios for my new PC.

Can anyone help me out here? I eventually wanna so some minor overclocking.
I have the following setup...

OK, I have nothing external plugged in at all.
I was familiar with the bios a few years ago but not now!

Yeah, basically I wanna overclock but I'm not sure which settings I should enable or disable without my mobo going into a fit.

I noticed I had to Disable Hyperpath 3 in the Chipset section of the bios for me to push the FSB...
 
I need to know the best settings for these things in my bios...
prg buffer length
link latency
peg root control
peg link mode
slot power
virtualization technology
execute disable function
cpu internal thermal control
dram ecc mode
dram throttling threshold
pci express freqency
pci clock sychronization mode
