Hi all. I dont no a thing about bios in the mobo but how can you tell if your getting the right setup for the components such has the memory or speed of cpu etc. thanks.

Is your machine running okay ? If it is you probably have the right settings.
Can not really advise you much more as you do not say what components you have.
As a rule of thumb when asking questions in the hardware sections always list your PC spec. Advisable to create a signature with it in.

Find out all the specifications and speed ratings of the components you want to check first, so you know what they should be running at. Then download a trial of Aida64 it will tell you pretty much anything you need to know.
