Bios update broke my RAID 0?

This evening I updated the BIOS on my DS3R to see if it would help my overclocks, After the update all of my BIOS settings had been reset and my raid appears to be not functioning! :( I set all the settings to what they should be and my raid appeared again but it claims only one of the disks is part of the raid, so I cannot get into Windows or anything. Is there any way to repair this? This was rather unexpected and I have a lot of important data on that raid, Previous BIOS updates never did this

This is what the intel raid setup screen is saying:

Thanks

Seems a bit odd that the one recognised disk Member Disk(0) is residing on Port 1 and not on Port 0, was it like that before? Can't help really, but I did have a similar issue with a Promise controler once, solution was to delete the RAID volume (not intuitive!) then create it again. It put the array back together, presumably just re-writing the MBRs and not touching the data on the disks. However, Intel BIOS is not Promise BIOS so anything could happen...

Edit: after doing the BIOS update you did immediately go into the BIOS and change settings to re-enable RAID?
