BIOS update - DOS

Hi guys,

I have the bellow files:

and I need to update a nettop without a optical drive or floppy. The nettop has Windows x64 and I get an error message when I try to load the AFUDOS.exe in Windows.

How can I update the BIOS in DOS under Windows 7, or can't I? Never encountered this sort of problem before

Can it boot from USB?

Copy the BIOS files to the USB drive after you've created it.

why not update the bios in windows?, doesnt it have a windows install program?
its not like the early 90's were it was very iffy to update a bios from windows because of badly written programs.
i have been updating bios's in windows since the late 90's and have never had a single fail
