BIOS update gone wrong!

I just flashed my BIOS with the wrong upgrade and it's all gone pete tong. I have an NF7S 2, but I flashed it with the wrong BIOS file and it wouldn't boot.

I realised my msitake and download the correct file, but when I use awdflash it says it's not an award bios. The wrong file has installed a Phoenix AwardBIOS.

Any ideas? I'm totally screwed if I can#t get it sorted.

I'm sure I have the right file now, so how do I force it? It gives me the error message and exits awdflash back to the DOS prompt.

All sorted now, but I installed NF7S2 instead of NF7s V2.0. Easy mistake to make I thought, but one I wont make again!
