Bios update

Noob question i think but anyways :

Here are the bios update's on the site :

err not sure tbh, does the board have one of those update BIOS from windows progs, it might then let you download the correct bios which you could put on a floppy.

Its ok mate i got it working now . My motherboard disc had auto update software for the bios and now i can clock my cpu to death
