BIOS update

was having a couple problems with my new graphics card so spoke to AMD about it who suggest upgrading it, have also had others tell me to try the same..
 
If no update on Sony's site, then most likely no issue with product OR maybe something they haven't caught up on. Best solution (if either case) is to contact Sony directly ;)

it just seems to freeze or don't boot up at times, its been working fine recently gave me some problem in morning though, and the system seems to pick up fine
 
Also would mean youd need a new copy of windows.

Has it just started when you put the new graphics card in? What PSU are you using?
 
If I was you I would reinstall factory setting's and update all the Drivers and Bios –

I did my friend’s laptop a few weeks ago followed instructions no problem’s at all, hope this help’s.
