BIOS update

Would someone kindly explain the correct proceedure for updating the BIOS on my DFI LanParty 790FX-B M2RSH motherboard please.

I've checked the DFI website and none all the relevent searches, however the instructions differ slightly and I'd like to get it right.

Motherboard: As above
OS: Windows 7
BIOS: Award
Device: USB stick
