BIOS update?

I'm at a total loss as to how to do this right. I have downloaded the latest BIOS .zip file from MSI for my P55-GD65 board. Now, what's the best way to do the update? I really have no clue and don't want to brick my board!

usually stick it on a pen drive,shut down computer,restart with pen drive in usb and boot into flash the bios , mines F2 .then follow the instructions.....easy.

Why do you want to upgrade your BIOS, if your system is running OK, then I would not bother.

Managed it, cheers! Reason for updating was overclocking issues. It wouldn't even POST at 3.2ghz with v1.6, now I'm on v1.10 and currently stability testing at 4.1ghz, so it was an issue!
