bios update

hi guys i brought a gigabyte ga ep35 ds3 motherboard
without thinking i just tryed my Q8400 processor and it was sticking on the gigabyte first screen and would go any futher .....doing some research i noticed it need F4 bios update currently it on the original F1 ,

cant seem to find out how to update bios on the MB any help would be really grateful

Read 4-2-1 in the manual about using Qflash.

You can use gigabyte's Q Flash or @ BIOS to update the bios.

More details are in the manual on the Gigabyte site.
