Bios update???

Hi

I have gigabyte z87-hd3 motherboard with F6 bios version just been to there website and can see there are 2 newer version F7 witch supports the new cpu and F8 Enhanced Intel K-sku CPU performance.

If I'm right I can use the new Devil's Canyon cpu's with this board???

Also is there anything else I should know about them update?

You are correct, newer BIOS givbes DC support and better overclocking of them (less Vcore at stock used)

Use Qflash to do the update.

Tryed qflash to update from f7 to f8 and it says my efi flash is out of date.

Ok, err there is an answer to that.

It updates Qflash etc so you can then use Qflash for a further BIOS update to the next one.
