Bios Updating on BFG 680i

Hi all,

Please could someone tell me how to, or direct me to a guide on how to update the bios on the BFG 680i motherboard. And which bios seems the best for
quad cores.

Burn the latest BIOS (P28) to a CD, put it in the CD drive, reboot, hit Alt + F2 and it should do the rest automatically. Apparently this BFG BIOS has some quad core overclocking fixes.
