Bios xor memory problem

Before 3-4 days I had an electricity shortage and since then when I turn on my pc all of the fans spin but my keyboard, mouse aren't recognised and I have black screen.
After 3/4 restarts my bios is being reset and I can access the bios and my computer boots. The only thing I have tweaked was my memory/ I just turn on X.M.P profile /. So the question is can my X.M.P be the problem?
I updated the bios and it has the same profile.

First try fully resetting the BIOS/clear CMOS. Switch the PC off at the wall, remove the CMOS battery and short the CLR pins. Go from there

I have done everything and I set my ram frequency voltage on auto for know. I think if it continues like that I will get UPS.
