BIOS?

Hi im still looking for a new PC but im 90% sure now im going to buy cheap different parts and have a cheap medium PC for gaming and media such has TV. Im thinking of starting with mother board and building round that each month.

If im not going to Overclock it will the bios be already set up like voltage for the PSU etc or would it be safe to leave alone if not overclocking?.

Ive heard that these are round about i I5 for the intell and its cheaper then Intel.

I dont no what other things to add yet im just looking at all different options in getting a new PC. My head is spinning like fruite machines at the moment thinking whats the best way to go. lol
