BIOS

Please good folks, recently fitted a Rampage 5 3.1 board for my grandson. He updated to the 1701 bios and has been having severe problems. Constant reboots and black screen. I have the same board in another build here running 1502 bios with no problems. He has re-flashed to no success. Has anyone encountered the same problems?. Thanking you in advance.

Have you tried reverting to original BIOS?

Yes, thank you for your reply. Tried most things this tired old brain can think of. Using corsair 2133 dominator ram 32gb. even tried swapping it with mine exactly the same. tried my gpu - reinstalled windows no change.
