Bioshock 3 - Infinite

Same.

I thoroughly enjoyed the first, I played the second but found it lacking and this is leaning towards worrying - for me anyway. Plenty of time for that to change but I was disappointed by the second which is factoring into my interest of this one.

That whole trailer just strikes me as trying too hard to be weird and wonderful...

The whole floating city thing, especially since its a prequel (Columbia was built in 1900, the game is set in 1912 according to IGN), makes even less sense than the city under the sea. All i can expect is that it'll turn out at the end that you're the 1 who builds Rapture.

Honestly why even connect this to Bioshock other than the fact they can obviously try and play off its IP for a little hype. Its in the same universe as Bioshock but i don't doubt they're gonna make up so much rubbish that it'll just see stupid because by the looks of that trailer the core gameplay is pretty much identical.

If there was ever a game that looks like it had a team of designers on crack...

Are they trying to say this is gameplay as it looks more like a trailer thats trying to look like its ingame.

I assume the girl is supposed to be..

the daughter from the second one? If not, I swear she looks exactly like her...or my memory has gone down the pan. Admittedly, I didn't listen to much of the audio in that video.

Never really got into the BioShock games but this makes me want to give them another go and then end up looking forward to this one :)

Good trailer. Surreal, different and utterly absorbing looking. Will pick up this for sure.

Oh without a doubt. But given that the game is released in 2012 and that flows far too well to be real it does nothing but get my interest. The real game could be far detached from that.

Games are unrelated and this is set in an earlier time period.

Tbh i'm expecting some hanky panky in the ending credits and for the child to grow up to become Andrew Ryan or Frank Fontaine.

After all, this is set in 1912, Bioshock is set in 1960. 48 seems a reasonable age for any of the Bioshock high flyers.
