Bioshock crashes using high textures

I can only get to the Med level because when I try and hack something, or use a vending machine it crashes. The only way I think I can get it to work is by turning the texture quality down from high to medium.
I have the Nvidia 163 drivers on Vista, all up to date. Anyone else having this problem?

Try cleaning your graphics cards. I had problems with bioshock, clean my graphics card and works fine. Took fan off and hoverd it all.
