Bioshock For PS3 (Spring 2008?)

even if it did, i predict poor framerate, no AA and poor textures.

I predict ps3 native games with better aa, framerate and textures.....hello gt5, kz2 and mgs4, first 2 have no jaggies, 1st and 3rd have all 3.

I know mgs4 won't be on the 360, good thing I have a ps3 for it, although that is the sole reason I have a ps3.

I was saying to my friend though, how awesome would it be to get the original metal gear on the xbla!

And mgs on the psn.

Metal Gear Online is a better candidate to appear on both platforms, PS3 version has been confirmed, I say the 360 version is not far behind.

Devil may cry, Ace combat, GTA no longer timed. Sure there a re a few more as well.
But they were already announced at going over to the Xbox360 before the Playstation3 was available to buy.

Irrational Games have now been renamed to 2K Boston and 2K Australia, since 2K originally announced it as exclusive I can't see it going to PS3 now I'm afraid.

Edit: SpikeTV announcement;

Looks like it will simply be an announcement for downloadable content for Bioshock. No mention of a demo, just like addon of plasmids or such.

There's only two weeks until its 360/PC release but apparently we don't quite know everything there is to know about BioShock.

According to our friends at Kotaku, Irrational Games is set to make a surprise BioShock announcement on TV this weekend, alongside a brand new trailer. "You won't want to miss this!" TV show Game Head promises.

A reliable source tells us that the announcement will involve Xbox 360 download content - specifically downloadable plasmids for the console version. We'll let you know how good our info is on Sunday.

The review summary for the PC version of BIOSHOCK, as reviewed in PCZONE UK.

Graphics: Looks like an art-deco city under the water should
Sound: Atmospheric, from the old-fashioned soundtrack to the superb dialogue
Multiplayer: None - you're all alone down there

The Good:

* Captivating, well-told story
* Movie quality voice-acting and script
* Emergent combat allows for huge variation in tactics
* The soundtrack, the locations, the visuals
* The many, many Plasmids and the brilliant final levels

The Bad:

* At one point it ends

OVERALL SCORE: 96/100

If it matters, the mighty Half-Life 2 (the highest rated game in the mag) was rated 97/100.
