Microsoft Windows XP Professional Edition inc. SP2
The PC is on stock settings nothing overclocked.
The game installed fine with everything on max settings and res 1920x1200.
I played the game for 30mins then i had the blue screen of death followed by a reboot. I checked for heat issues but the temps were fine. I played the game again and twice more it blue screened on me. So I even put the res on 1024 x 768 and it happened again.
I even downloaded the latest Direct x9 (August 07 release) but keep crashing.
I know its not my PC as all my other games run sweet.
Here is the pic of my blue screen!!!!

That will be something to do with your Nvidia Drivers by the looks of things try removing them & reinstalling & try the beta drivers from the nvidia site

Get it on xbox 360 then...

Just kidding ;)

"This Stop message occurs when requested data is not found in memory ... This Stop message usually occurs after the installation of faulty hardware or in the event of failure of installed hardware".

It could be faulty RAM or faulty graphics card memory...

If you're running with two sticks of RAM, try running with just one and see if you get the problem. And try the other stick of RAM if that doesn't solve it.

Also, try running memtest which'll test your RAM to make sure it's okay.

Try reinstalling/updating drivers, too. Maybe try alternative drivers?

If none of that helps, I'm not sure how you can test to see if the graphics card memory is dodgy... but that'd be my next suspect.

It looks like a driver issue related to your video card drivers

Try upgrading to the 163.44 drivers as these should fix Bioshock problems: http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=1715

My housemate had problems with Bioshock on his 7600GT before he tried these drivers - I had to install an ATI hotfix for Bioshock to work properly on my 2900! Seems to be picky with drivers this game!

Nv4 is a Nvidia driver error, a well known driver error, i used to get it all the time with any 9x.xx series drivers.

Try the beta 163.44's as said above which were released for Bioshock, and also disabling SLi.

Cheers matey all working great with the install of the beta drivers, but did not need to disable sli thou:)
