Hi, just wondering who else out there suffers from motion sickness whiles't playing Bioshock. It's quite odd to me as to why this happens only with this game and no other FPS games I have played over the years. I don't just mean with the most recent instalment Bioshock: Infinite but also the first and second one. For me it seems to be even worse when not playing it but watching somebody else playing it. Is it just me?

it's not just you :) i have travel sickness band next to my pc and put them on for most fps games seem to be okay with 3rd person and crysis 3 :D

The default max FoV gave me a headache as well, however a simple ini fix as Antar linked should fix it for you.

The max default is about 80, which is frankly rubbish, I have mine set to 35.71 which gives a final FoV of 95, which is my preference in most games.

The mouse input (if your playing on keyboard+mouse) is a bit weird on both the original bioshock and infinite and can contribute IMO to motion sickness as its quite "swingy" with default settings.

I modified the ini settings for sensitivity to make it more consistant.

Yeah, both the FOV and mouse movement are weird. Max the FOV slider and change it in the ini if that's not enough. The default FOV is just nasty.

Agreed with the above, I've played a few hours and the FOV/Mouse Movement was horrible. Thankfully the INI tweaks have helped.
