Bioshock problem

Hey,

I am having problems with installing bioshock, once the files are installed a patch starts to download, but then it just hangs and locks up and I have to restart my computer. Any help would be much appreciated.

Firewall blocking the patcher waiting for a yes or no mabye?

Zonealarm used to do this to me all the time till i caught on
